Tak Lei Cheong, Closed For Business.  Shot in... - nomadic photo
  1. Tak Lei Cheong, Closed For Business.  Shot in Macau, October 2011.
There’s a lot more to Macau than just gambling!  I’ve been to Macau twice during my two and a half years in Hong Kong, and on this trip, I made more of an effort to explore.  This photo, along with I’ll Have a Glass of Water, Please, are just a couple of examples of what you can stumble upon when you step outside of the casinos. In taking this photo (shortly after a delicious Portuguese lunch at Espaco Lisboa), I made sure to align myself, the center of the viewfinder, and the center of Tak Lei Cheong all in one line, to create the symmetrical feeling behind this shot. There’s more than just the mind-numbing racket of the slot machines… if you make it to Macau, get out and see (and taste) the rest of it!
